Clerk (part-time) in Dresden
We are a successful company based in Berlin and are looking for an HR clerk (m/f/d) to support our HR team as soon as possible. As an HR clerk, you are responsible for personnel recruitment, administration and development and therefore make a significant contribution to the success of our company.
Your Tasks:
- Support the HR team in recruitment, administration and development
- Management of employee data in HR systems and databases
- Managing employment contracts, monitoring deadlines and executing contract extensions
- Organization and coordination of personnel development measures
- Creation of HR reports and statistics
- Support in the preparation and implementation of HR projects
Our Requirements:
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification in the HR area
- Professional experience in human resources work, preferably in the area of personnel administration
- Good knowledge of labor law
- Solid knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- Structured and careful way of working
- High level of confidentiality and discretion
- Fluent knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
